Dice-K Dominates, Red Sox Win (18-16)

Last night, Daisuke Matsuzaka and the Red Sox dominated the Blue Jays by a score of 6-1. Daisuke Matsuzaka allowing 1 hit over 7 innings, striking out 9, he is now 2-1/6.35/16 as after his first start, he has been pretty good. Jason Varitek nailed a solo homer in the 2nd inning, Varitek has also started the season well, he is .342/6/10 this season. Darnell McDonald continues his strong stand in place of Mike Cameron, he went 1-4 with an RBI double. J.D. Drew continues his hot streak, he went 2-4 with an RBI, he has popped his stats up to .286/5/20 as he has been quite good. Today, at 1:35, Tim Wakefield (0-1/6.03/18) toes the rubber against Shaun Marcum (1-1/3.19/36). I hope they can sweep the Blue Jays!!!
