After the second week of the season we are certainly better, at 6-6, this time around. Our Player of the Week is Kevin Youkilis (right) currently as he has truly and an amazing week, and season, with a .467 AVG, 3 HRs, and 9 RBI for the season. As opposed to last week, when they went 2-4, this week they went 4-2! They lost 2 straight against the A's and it was looking grim, but then they won, and are currently on a 4 game winning streak, as they are 3-0 so far against the Orioles. Youkilis has contributed greatly in all of these series in both offense and defense. As for pitching, the wins have gone to Wakefield, Delcarmen, Beckett, and Lester. They have been against Brett Anderson, Jeremy Guthrie, Adam Eaton, and Koji Uehara. They are getting back on track, and about time!Sunday, April 19, 2009
