Red Sox Give Up Four Hits, Shut Twins Out (2-1)

Today, the Red Sox beat the Twins 5-0 as their pitching looked very sharp today. Jon Lester (right) got the win, pitching 2 scoreless innings and striking out one. Alfredo Aceves, Jonathan Papelbon, Randy Williams, Rich Hill, and Tony Pena Jr. proceeded to get holds. Today's RBIs belonged to Jed Lowrie, Carlos Juan Linares, Nate Spears, Paul Hoover, and Josh Reddick. Reddick, once again, has been having a very nice Spring Training, as he is now .750/1/4, getting at least one RBI and hit in every game he's played in. Josh Beckett is feeling better after his incident yesterday in which he was plunked in the head by a baseball in BP. Tomorrow, the Red Sox send John Lackey out to face the Braves, finally, not the Twins!
